NEWS: ideaXme Mentoring Programme

We are delighted to announce that Anne Eadie Tice joins ideaXme as Director of the ideaXme Mentoring programme. Anne is the Organisation and Talent Management Practitioner at the University of St. Andrews where she designs and delivers development opportunities for staff and departments. This includes induction; Passport to Excellence Programmes development tools, coaching, mentoring and facilitating workshops

ideaXme Mentors initiative:

Our mentoring programme is no exception. All mentor and mentee pairings are created to innovate with altruistic purpose — to Move the human story forward™!

Anne Tice, who now leads the development of the ideaXme Mentors initiative, comments: “I am delighted to be working with ideaXme to facilitate powerful partnerships among creatives, academics and pioneers!”

Existing mentors include Dr Robert Brown, who is paired with LaNell Williamsand Professor Lorna Harries, who is paired with Marija Ksenija Zacharova.

Previous positions held by Anne include Head of Talent Management, GEMS Education, Director of Talent and Development Middle East, Asia and Africa, ARC International, Talent Management Lead Eastern Hemisphere, Leadership and Diversity Manager and HR Business Partner Middle East and Asia Pacific at Baker Hughes.
